With a background as an educator, a life coach and an educational consultant, I bring a calm, structured, and compassionate presence to my work. My approach is gentle, clear, reflective and practical.

I am especially attentive to people who have carried loss privately, feel overwhelmed by where to begin, or are trying to rebuild a sense of trust in themselves after a painful season.
